So, after a fresh download and install I'm getting the following error when trying to launch the game:

The only thread I could find was an old one on Steam, solved by verifying integrity of game cache. But in this case I'm installing the latest version directly from GOG. Anyone else...?

A strange one -- I tried reinstalling a few times, but was getting some kind of string error show up on installation (on Win10). Tried installing on a different machine (Win7 this time) and it all worked fine.
