My trade route is being interrupted all the time because orders for other towns are being cleared. How is this even happening? Please, help me!

I'm not sure about orders for other towns being cleared ... but the most common reason for one of my trade routes being interrupted is because the crew morale has dropped so low that they won't work or because my convoy has taken on too much damage to go back to sea. Ensuring that at least one of the towns you visit on your route is set for auto-repair usually resolves this.
