Port Royale 3: "Online games" (multiplayer) option in main menu is greyed out.
And yes, I have granted the game the necessary rights to bypass the firewall.

Any ideas on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated!

Multiplayer is only available through LAN for the GOG versions of Port Royal 3 and Patrician 4. Online multiplayer for both games are available only through Steam (I can't confirm this as 100% true, but the online may be behind the Steamworks DRM).
