When I free Ignus - Drusilla vanishes. I don't get a chance to talk to her where she kills herself by embracing Ignus. I take it this is a bug?

What is supposed to happen is that you free Ignus. If you ever talk to her again with him in your party nearby she dies a fairly horrific death consumed by his flames. I'm hoping this is just a bug and the scene wasn't censored.

She disappeared for me too. Yet I can see her passive dialogue still popping up on the screen like she's still there. I can't see why that would be censored, and if so I'm sure they would do a better job of it. I can only assume it's a bug.

The patch is in the testing phase. This bug will be fixed in the next version, see support.baldursgate.com/issues/30640.
