After you've found all the players, who are you keeping on your team and who are you getting rid of?

I'm trying to build up enough health supplies to run through the Modron dungeon to get Nodrom instead of getting Ingus.

So I think for the time being my party's going to look like:

Nameless One
Annah
Falls-From-Grace
Morte
Dak'kon
Nodrom (voiced by non other than the guy who does Homer Simpson)

I've read there's a Mercykiller who'll get to join your party at some point too. I'm thinking of dropping Morte in favor of him, but I don't know if that'll affect the ending or not.

It's a hoot to hear Annah and Lady Grace and Morte and Dak'kon all interacting if you're idle for long enough. That's a great little touch.
I normally use the same party as you but sometimes swap out nordom for ignus or vhailor depending on what sort of character I turn TNO into. Making him a mage and using ignus is pretty nasty in places, good fun
I recommend keeping Morte in the party if this is your first play-through.
With TNO mage the party is in this order:
TNO
Morte
Dak'kon
Annah
[Ignus - for very short time, I use him just for the mage upgrades/spells/experience then dump him, especially if TNO is lawful good]
Fall-From-Grace
Nordom.

Just before I go to Ravel I drop Fall-From-Grace from the party (right beside Ignus in the clerks ward) so the party consists of only five members for a while until I get Vhailor.

Then, when I return to Sigil I get to choose the final party for the endgame (usually I drop Ignus and Fall-From-Grace)

Advice: do not drop Morte he's the best tank in the game (riught beside Vhailor) and also he's a major part of the plot.
Same team - I find Ignus highly disturbing, and Vhailor (the Mercykiller) comes too late in the game for me to really consider him for my permanent party.
never found nordom interesting. what so special about him?

True enough. Don't drop Morte, especially if you are playing a mage. He is arguably the best all around party member.

My party was:
TNO
Morte
Dak'kon
Annah
Ignus
Vhailor
Currently at Sensenate

Party:

Nameless Fighter Level 6 Mage level 10 Thief Level 4 (playing as mage)
Dakkon lvl 7
Annah lvl 7
Morte lvl 7
Ingus lvl 8
Fall-from-Grace lvl 7

Nameless stats:
STR 12
DXT 10
CON 15
INT 18
WIS 20
CHAR 13

Max HP 97 (Ingus training cost me some)

Lawful Good

Tattoos are +2 Int and Wis
Can I still use my thief skills if I switch to fighter or mage?

I couldn't, and everything I've read suggests that you can't.
Alright, thanks.

I dumped Morte near the end of the game for Vhailor.

I dumped him for story reasons.

I used a walkthrough. Shoot me.
