No, it's not possible in the game. There aren't even vampires IIRC.

I just have to ask you. But why do you want to become a vampire in Planescape Torment, of all the games in the world? :)

"Can I be a vampire?" is so cliche.
In Planescape: Torment, you're a badass fighter/thief/mage zombie who's best friend is smartass floating skull, can have a burning corpse as an indentured servant, and can be involved in a love triangle with a tiefling and a succubus.
That is SO much more epic than: "can I be a vampire?"
