Is there a savegame editor (Like EE Keeper for Baldur's Gate 1/2 EE) that works with Windows 10, ideally without needing an installation process (not gonna risk borking my Windows by installing 15-year-old software meant for Windows ME).

Unfortunately only thing i could find was a program called "torment Hack" which you need to install. I remember downloading it from http://www.sorcerers.net. Ofcourse you said you dont want to install anything but incase you run out of options.
