Downloaded Planescape Torment from GOG last night and the game still asked for CD 2? Clearly don't have the CD's. Going to try removing it and downloading again. Hopefully no repeat. Anyone run into that before?

If the installer passed the integrity check there is no need for redownload. The files themselves are fine.

Now for some general troubleshooting questions:

- Did you install the game with administrative privileges? (Right-click on the installer, pick 'Run as administrator)
- After installation, did you modify the .exe in any way (like patching etc.)?
- Do you have AV software (like Avast, Kaspersky etc) with real-time scanning? If so, try to disable that function for the installation period.
Check "torment.ini", it should start with a section that should look something like this:

[Alias]
HD0:=C:\planescape\
CD1:=C:\planescape\DATA\
CD2:=C:\planescape\DATA\
CD3:=C:\planescape\DATA\
CD4:=C:\planescape\DATA\
CD5:=C:\planescape\DATA\

CD1 to CD5 should all point to the same directory, DATA. AFAIK the only reason for the game to ask for another CD is if it can't find the proper file. I have 188 of them there, but mine is modded, dunno if it changes anything. Might wanna check your permissions, make sure all of them are at least readable by the user starting the game.
