Okay, there's a quest from Emoric, the dustman in the bar and I have to find Soego. He was supposed to be at the mortuary ground floor but apparentely, this $%@ker is gone. Does anyone know where he is?

OK, here you go.
You'll meet him again a little later in game. It would be hard to miss him.
