So I just got this game last night (this is my first game from GOG) and now whenever I try to start up the game it brings me to a screen telling me to put in disk 2... Am I overlooking something basic? Regardless, if someone could help out I'd appreciate it.

Did you apply a patch? That will botch the GOG install -- GOG games are already patched.
