Ok, haven't reported back the last few days because I... well, was just playing PST:EE... now after those few nights I can just say:

No crashes (Win7x64Pro/Lenovo T410/installer - not galaxy), smooth gameplay, all as I remember it (*1) (minus a few things I was used to due to the options within the Mods (UB/tweaks/fixes) I used)... Without the need for G3s Widescreen+GhostDogsUI anymore, I can just say - PST:EE is a valid and welcome choice for newbies to PST, as it comes without the hassle of the old one+WeiDU/Mod Installers.

(*1): "remember it" is the keyword here - I haven't compared it 1:1 (though I could have done via my main desktop pc) in game, but just compared to my old memories...

P.S.: Would just wish BeamDog would do a nice and new BGT:EE, based again on the original version (+UB/etc) for the true BG Exoerience and forgetting their 1st and failed approach on the EE version, so that after IWD:EE and PST:EE we could get a true BG(T):EE :insane: :dreamer:
I wuld be sastified with Beamdog just releasing a patch that would allow someone to remove all the new material added to the BG Games.
That was the biggest flaw with the BG EE games. The technical bugs in the original release have been pretty much ironed out, but the crappy added material remains. If you have played through before and/or have a guide, you can avoid the fan fiction addition crap, but it never should have been there in the first place.
Beamdog does seem to have learned it's lesson, though.

These two mods should do the trick. ;-)
