did you try adding the game manually via alchemy ?
update: no, that doesn't work either. neither editing the ini-file, it stays greyed out and a quick google search didn't turn up more information either: people have tried but it does not seem to recognize if EAX is on or not with Alchemy..............
at least the widescreen/GUI mods work flawless, I can live without EAX
