Is it possible to make the fonts thicker/graphics better, for example the best vga driver, on widescreen monitor in fullscreen??

Am trying SVN Daum version of Dosbox for now.
It doesn't seem to scale well with the colors/ built in paint effect.

will try Dosbox staging portable
edit: it is possible to change the graphics drivers, but they are all 16(haven't tried) or 256 color and I think have ugly oil paint look.
The .DAT file can be mounted in DOS.
