Is there a known fix to this problem? I can't find much information about it and yet it is a huge problem, at least for me. The backgrounds just randomly turn blurry when entering/exiting areas or buildings. I have tried PoE with a desktop and a laptop with same results. It's hugely distracting when everything but the characters looks like vaseline smeared on my display. I tried to adjust the in-game AA setting to no avail. Nvidia control panel is also at its default settings. I'm baffled how little there is discussion about this problem out there, at least I did not find many threads about it.
