Patch Notes saying that there is an option for anti alias now. Where can i find it?

I believe you can change this through the ingame console.
A text label "Press enter to enter a code" (or something like it) should appear in the top left corner. Press enter and type in the following.
msaa X (X being how much you want - 0 is a legal value for low end machines and people with 2K/4K resolutions who don't want it)
Edit: I can't take credit for that, I read it on another forum whilst looking at patch updates yesterday.

It's called "Graphics Quality" and has only three settings, with no much difference on my computer.
