For the in game achievements so we can hunt them all over again? Or are they somehow hardwired to the GOG achievements entirely?

There is no reset button in-game, but you can manually reset them by deleting the registry keys in the following location:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Amanita Design\Pilgrims

(I don't know how it works for Linux, Mac)
