I can't build a small obelisk regardless that there are 100 granite blocks in storage. This is a nasty bug for me. The obelisk monument is always red when I try to place it. Does anyone have the same issue?

Post is 2 years old. But I was curious and tried to reproduce the problem. If one of the storage yards containing the granite has no staff or is set to sleeping (turned off, "zzz"), I can't place the obelisk, too. While overseer of commerce still shows 100 units stored. Could be that.
