ive upgraded a couple shipyards to the larger version but the biggest ship i can get is a cog. the cog is crap. is there something i need to do to get larger ships is is the cog the largest?

At the beginning are only 3 ships, e.g. Cog, are available. The other ships must be researched in the university.

ty, i normally dont get far enough into a run to research something before ive got all the trade routes on lock down
