I am very interested in this game Patrician 3 and a few others however due to severe Rheumatoid Arthritis I can no longer use the keyboard controls to play my games.

It would be very helpful if those of you who play these games would be kind enough to start listing if these games require the mouse, the keyboard or a combination of both or if a X-Box Controller on the PC or other controller can be used to enjoy the games.

I realize no one is under any obligation to do so, I've written support and asked how to tell which games are suitable for me and they suggested posting to the forums and asking for help so I am doing so.

Due to arthritis gaming is almost the only hobby I have left, fortunately its one I have always loved. Any help would be appreciated.

I love building games, resource gathering games that eventually lead to war, single player games. I'm not so much into my city is bigger than yours HA so there, it needs to have a point to it. My first game of this genre was the original Warcraft in Dos and anything along those lines I love.

Any recommendations are welcome, as well as the original requested information.

I'm currently playing: Settlers - Skyrim - and a few others but you can never have enough games, right?

Thank you
Ila in Maine

I haven't played Patrician 3 in awhile, but I recall it involving lots of mouse clicking. There are keyboard shortcuts, but I don't recall any of them being required.

Most games with both Xbox and PC releases have support for the Xbox 360 controller. The only exceptions I know of are the Mass Effect and Dragon Age games (seems like it may be a Bioware thing). You may find it useful to go to www.replacementdocs.com to check out the manual for any games you are interested in (since the manual usually has a section on the user interface).
