Baldur's Gate 2 manual was 266 pages long.
I'm pretty sure WotR manual would reach 500+ pages : the game is more complex in every aspect.
And it would become obsolete as soon as the devs would add a new class/subclass/race to the game...
As dungeonfrog pointed out, d20pfsrd.com has all the answers you need (plus some more). I used it alot when playing KM (I was relatively new to the ruleset) and I still use it on occasion for WotR. It's extremely handy and you just need to alt-TAB to get there. With it, never again will you wonder what's the difference between dazed and dazzled, sickened and nauseated, frightened and shaken !
