i played all on hard, now im around at level 11 and stuck, dont know where to go.

All areas have around 15+ monsters and they are impossible to hit with this lowlevel. tried this technomancer thing but they are lvl 15-16 no chance. Even the dragon is too hard right now.

any ideas where i can go?

It is really not easy to tell, and I hope a player who went through hard experience or harder might be able to give you better advice.

My general advice is based on the issue I do not know what you have unlocked on the map already. In doubt you can focus on recruiting units in Drezen until you beat up the blockades to new area.

Yeah, technomancer are very hard. I am lucky I met them by the end of that act, letting them wait without really knowing what expected me.

The dragon can be easy, depending on the spells you carry with you. I recommend to try it in doubt with scrolls of protection or resist energy which negate dragon attacks aka fire. But then you probably already tried so, considering you play on hard.

my problem is i need xp, walking around the map and waiting for random encounters gives not enough you need years to level up,
i cleaned 2 main missions south of Drezen, one was where you must find the missing crusaders. the other thing where "birds" enchant people but this was only a small map, and before that i did this barbarians with this cursed trees and that was brutally hard.

I have to admit I do not recall either of the mentioned events you had. That is so exciting! To know there is more I might not come across of for whatever reason.

Again the only thing I can think of is exploring the map, getting past the blockades with armies and past armies with stealth. There are still plenty of locations which can give you exp, though I am not entirely sure.

The part with the technomancers I tackled last before the next act of the game, and I think I was level 11 or 12 at that time.

I generally dislike playing roleplaying games like BG and Pathfinder above core because it mostly tacks on stats to opponents rather than make you the tactics they use more complicated.

That said, higher level opponents do give you more xp so picking off higher CR opponents that your party can handle might speed up the process. In order to find out which encounters you can take on need to know your party make up.
