When I go to redeem my Kickstarter items code, GoG says "Item is not elegible to redeem" and "This is additional content, not a standalone product. You need to own Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous to redeem this product. It will not be added to your account."

I own Wrath of the Righteous and have even launched it, why is it giving me this message, and is anyone else having this problem?

Tried it on both the Galaxy client and two different browsers, no joy. I put in a support ticket with GOG, which is what I probably should have done in the first place, but I'm dumb. Thanks for the quick reply though!
