I had installed the last patch from GOG for PF:KM Enhanced Edition (2.0.3--30176) on June 11th, when it was made available to us at their website. However, I noticed there is now a new path from GOG called '2.0.3_broken' available.

I did not see anything listed about this lastest patch on Steam. What is this patch for (i.e. what does it actually fix in the game)? Should I download and install this latest patch for the game, if I have not experienced any problems with the first 2.0.3 patch (yet)?

You need to install the 2nd. 2.0.3 patch, as it fixes several issues caused by the first 2.0.3 patch.
