Hello Team! First of all, thank you for a great game!

Faced a bug, possibly you are not aware about. Some patches ago it became possible to assign custom created characters as kingdom advisers. So I`ve created a mage and assigned it as treasurer. After this he tried to talk to me about some problem, but the only text was something like "Treasurer want to talk with you about some problem" and now I have always active event at the Kingdom Problems page to talk with treasurer. Hiting it gives empty throne room with no any dialogs, regardless of who is assigned as treasurer.

Are there any workaround known?

Any Mods installed?

Win7 with all latest patches, GOG version. No mods at all, game version is the latest one (2.0.5c).

Mercenary advisors are broken. Until Owlcat fix them there is nothing you can do.

I have exactly the same problem. I also created a mercenary mage in chapter 1 and assigned him as a treasurer. Now I'm in chapter 2 and my economy is stuck at level 1 because this stuck event card won't allow me to progress to the next rank.
