Are styles weapon-dependant?

In other words... if I choose - for instance - two-handed style and its corresponding bonus feats (cleave, cleaving finish, etc), will those feats be active when my character is using a warhammer and a shield?

Yes they will be active.

However, there is bug where a ranger can take great cleave without taking cleave. That lead to having no cleave activate ability in the ability tab.
