The new patch is not working for me,Was using the workaround since sunday.Need a new workaround now lol.Windows 7 pro,Imperial edition.Old saves say need dlc,version seems current.Still see need dlc though.

Looks strange so far, as the last patch completely fixed it to me. So I've no clue then. Btw, are you sure you tried clean reinstall?
