Blakemoor doesn't move or attack the entire fight. Made it to the 3rd round and he still did nothing after transforming. I figured he transformed for a reason...to fight?

He usually gets paralyzed or stunned or something else when the fight starts. He sucks basically.

LOL ok thx. You can't inspect him during the fight because he's friendly (lousy design imo) so I wasn't sure. That does make sense.
