is there any way to fix the bard instigator bug that keeps that bastard in place? ive been waititng for a fix for 3 days now, also side note, why is this game bugged to shit?

? ive tried reloading a save before i got the quest and trying again. is there any other way?

You could try to save after the bug, quit game, restart and load, helped some players.
