Runs very choppy on my machine, right to unplayable levels.
Couldn't even start.
After reading some steam reviews, have come to conclusion of false advertisement.

Is there any way to refund things on GoG?

How, exactly, do you come to that conclusion?

Also, what are your machine details?
Core i7-6700k 4GHz, 16 GM RAM, and, regrettably, GeForce GT 610.
Used to have a GTX Titan, but that burnt -- and still PoE 2 ran like a snail on character creatin screens.

LoL runs perfectly fine on medium, though.

Well I think I'll try to refund because of all the bugs. Game is not worth playing right now. Needs polish and needs many bug fixes.

Back to my original question, how does one go about it?

You can't get a refund because of bugs. Good luck with that.

So it runs ok? You won't get a refund for underpar equipment. Refunds are for people who can't get the game to run at all.

Temper, temper! I'm not inclined to now. Don't worry, someone will come along and take pity on you.

He did answer your question:
You won't.

At least not because of that low end specs.
Use Technical support ticket with question about refund. I send one too, but is is weekend so they will reply not faster than next week. Also after playing a bit i am slowly coming to conclusion that this game (aside of bugs which are worked on), is so good that maybe i should wait for it to be fully playable instead refunding.

P.S> I asked for a refund because imo atm this product is not full plyable version it is more like paying for beta or alfa version and i am always against such practics. I have much lower specs and it runs on my notebook on medium pretty smoothly.

https://support.gog.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000487189-Money-Back-Guarantee-Policy

Go to your orders and then hover over an order covered by the money back guarantee (with green shield icon) and select contact support from the drop-down menu.

https://www.gog.com/account/settings/orders

I was thinking about refunding the game too but since GOG gives 30 days I will wait for the fixes.
If the game in that time won't receive fixes for critical problems, game breaking bugs and underdevelopment issues that I have already reported and documented to Owlcat I will refund the game.

Thank you!
I think they kinda messed up the release, but give them the time to fix it. The patch output is really good on this one.
