Sometimes, I wonder how some things happen. They seem almost... intentional. But if that's true, it leaves me just as confused as before.
Why are the hair colour choices of Half-Elves so limited? I would almost consider it a bug, because I can't see any way it could actually be how it's meant to be. But there you go, the game came out ages ago, and no changes have happened. Surely it would be a piece of cake to fix if it was a mistake. But if it actually is intentional... Then why? Elves have a variety of hair colours, and so do humans. What possible reason could there be for why Half-Elves do not share in their plentitude? If a Blonde Elf and a Blonde human have a child, will that child have brown hair? Very curious. What is even more curious, is that while the Half-Elves lack most normal hair colours, they did go through the effort of adding both white and grey hair to them... Like I said, it's absolutely baffling. None of it makes sense.
I guess what I'm asking for is an explanation. Maybe hoping to bring this to the attention of the devs... Although... How could they not be aware of it, already? It's so glaring. No other race gets this weird treatment. And if anyone has any tips or suggestions for how I could deal with this myself. I haven't been able to find a mod that solves it, so far.
