Sometimes after a loading screen or dialog, when I open my inventory i can no longer inspect by hovering over, or click to select, use, equip, or unequip any equipment or items. To fix it i have to immediatly save my game and reload. Is that a common or known bug that is slated to be fixed, its quite annoying and happens more frequently than I'd like (which is not at all, but you get the point).

I had never heard of this error before. You can press F11 and after it, you see a "bug reporting" button on the right screen side. There you can submit this bug.

I've submitted a few bug's before and they resolved them within a few days!
