I donated all the silver and got secret merchant and so on, but all changes that supposed to appear like colored walls or water basin are missing. Slums in Levant left same as they was before but wiki says it shoulkd change... I passed somewhere 30 days in game time by travelling in Chernorese and back, and nothing changed.

I've encountered the same problem/bug with all the characters I've created. I've got no idea what's causing it and I haven't been able to find anything associated to it on the web either :(
