I need to run with the -32 command line flag but when doing so Steam starts up and it ends up NOT starting with a message saying "Failure no license".

How to get the game to run in 32 bit mod on GOG please?

Edit: NM. Turns out to be the Texmod film grain remove that is causing Steam to launch. Hence the film grain remover does not currently work with the gog version of the game.
