Is there a Time of Day known for when the files will be available on Release (Unlock) Day?

The GOG offer countdown ends at the same as stated at Steam: "The game will be released on 15 March 2024, at 15:00 CET/ 10:00 EDT/ 07:00 PDT. Release is simultaneous worldwide." So, expected release time on GOG is the same.
