All the tool tips in the Order of Battle game are garbled for me. Looks like random unicode characters or something. Any ideas on fixes or workarounds?

I'm running Windows 7 and version 9.1.4 of Order of Battle from GOG.com.

I am running EN language and all other text is correctly showing in English. It's just the tool tips, but since that is the main way to learn and understand how the game works, I would love for the tips to work.

Had the same problem, bought the game yesterday. Initially I was using stand-alone install but when I launched the game once from GOG Galaxy it seemed to download a small patch and tooltips are fine now even offline. I guess there's a small hotfix that isn't included in stand-alone installer
