I've restarted the game three times now. Can't save at the save spot despite having rings and can't chose either of the given lines of dialogue in this conversation.

Can't go on with this game, which is a pity as it seemed interesting.

Have you checked your keyboard key assignments? Try reprograming they keys involved.

I finally got through the conversation and am able to continue the game.

This is what I did to get through the conversation:


Keep hitting enter to power through the conversation. Stayed with all the default dialog choices and didn't read the conversation. Was just happy to get past it.


Hope this works for anyone with the same issue.


BTW, I am using W,A,S,D and E for enter. So key assignments may not be the problem with this issue.

Have you tried turning the computer off and on again? (seriously)

Open your task manager. On the processes tab kill all instances of the game, there may be more than one if you experience this problem. Now launch the game.
