In this section of the Paramonian temple chanting will continue indefinitely with no way to break out of it. Its hard to make out on the screenie but there are two health birds that just sit there and refuse to move.
I've tried deliberately hurting Abe to see if it was a max total thing, they still don't respond.

I've also ignored the birds and moved all the way to the other end of the section where the door opening bells are, the birds should be out of range but Abe still gets stuck in an infinite chant and shows no sign of possessing the bells.

Also when reloading from checkpoint or quicksave in this section, occassionaly birds spawn in and constantly flap round my shoulder, no getting rid of them, I'm stuck with permabirds.
