Using macOS 12? The most current macOS is 10.12.6 - is this the one you mean when you say "Mac os 12"?

Send 2 screenshots of your system's info pages for "Hardware" and "Graphics/Display" attached to an email to support@cyan.com. They can look at the specs your system is running and determine if there is any way to improve performance.

I lost the game, and can not reinstall. Trying to buy game again, but GOG won't let me unless I gift to someone. Now what?

Please answer - are you using macOS 10.12.6, 10.12.5, or 10.12.4?

Also, please calrify what you mean by you "lost the game"? Once purchased, the game is in your GOG library and can be downloaded again if necessary.

Are you using GOG.com or the GOG Galaxy app when logging in to GOG?
