So, I'm not sure if it's my PC or the game but I'm getting really random stuttering and momentary lock-ups and this strange shadow bug where the shadows seem to "stick" to my viewpoint as I turn and not 'update'. I dropped all the settings to the lowest (and Windowed for - reasons) and it's still really inconsistant. Any ideas?

Specs are as follows:
GTX 1050 (the 2gb variant)
8GB of RAM
Ryzen 5 1400 3.2ghz
