Every time windows flashes a notification I will get kicked to desk top. For now I will just disable notifications but I thought I should mention it.

ok, this isn't working. it's a minor annoyance at times but since i play ay 1280x1024 the resolution is mangled and in a few occasions i have to restart the game.
