Here are the specs on my MAC and I'm wondering what graphics settings I can run Obduction on and would it be a good experience of Obduction or not:

MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2015)
Processor: 2.2 GHz Intel Core i7
Memory: 16 GB 1600 MHz DDR3
Graphics: Intel Iris Pro 1536MB
MACOS: Sierra 10.12.6

Your CPU should have 3.3 GHz or more for best experience. GPU could have better dedicated VRAM - 2GB or more, ideally.
Beyond those caveats, your experience is subjective. Only you can set the settings to be good to your preferences.
