i am having a huge issue where whenever i activate a hologram or talk to a person their sound plays but there is no video. this is incredibly frustrating i've tried everything to fix it.

restarted computer
verified install
uninstalled
redownloaded
reinstalled
launched the .exe as admin
deleted my saves and configs


literally nothing is working and i'm so tired of trouble shooting this game i just want to play.

i've searched for a solution but it doesn't appear anyone else has had this issue.


my specs are
i7 skylake
gtx 970
16gb ram
installed on ssd


any help would be amazing.

still haven't figured this out even after multiple uninstalls and reinstalls.

I am beyond frustrated.


another issue is when I click to activate a hologram I have to double click for it to work otherwise one click will start it up just a bit but then immediately stop.

this is really ruining the experience for me.

so I was running Windows 10 n version. this was the problem. I had to download the latest media pack update for it

install the fucker, restart, problem solved.
