If I play on another PC will I get my journy stats, discovers and units or what? thanks for the help.

I don't think GoG Galaxy has implemented cloud saves yet so you will start fresh unless you copy your save game over to the new PC.

We've got it running simultaneously on two machines, and it doesn't look like there's any overlap at all other than both of them using the same player name for discoveries.
