this is a weird one, I logged in this morning and started to head back to my ship when out of nowhere a factory building appeared around me and I was stuck inside it, I couldn't get out because the door hadn't been destroyed and I was unable to use my weapon from within the building.

I reloaded the game from my save and a similar thing happened - I spawned on an empty plain and as I walked to where the building should be it slowly materialised out of nowhere albeit with me on the outside this time.
