I am trying to diagnose an issue I'm having with a stand-alone patch installer.
I need to make sure the issue is on my end. Has anyone used the 3.90 and 3.91 stand-alone patches without any issue?
It would help me very much to just know someone got them to work. If so, did you download them from the web page or did you use Galaxy to download the stand-alone/offline patches?

Problem solved. It was on my end. Got corrupt patch through web page/browser. Downloaded stand-alone patch through Galaxy without issue.
