kosmos88: I got a notification of the first settlement I have is on a frozen world. So far building it went fine, till this happened. I chose to build a landing pad, but the construction area is underneath a pile of snow. There's no way to reach it. You can't destroy the snow, cause it's too close to town. I triggered the glitch that makes all the buildings rise off the ground to see if i can reach it, but no, it comes up short.

Anyone who experienced this, were you able to fix it and if so what did you do? Cause the only fix I see at this time is loading an earlier save and choose something else.
