For anyone having save file related issues I just came across this interesting piece of read:

It would seem it's a bug caused by the bonus ship that comes with the pre-release, who would have thunk!

They just hate sony/hello games so are trolling every where.

That's crazy by the way, you would normally expect something like that on fps or zombie games. Seems like a new low for the net.
