Now that's gonna back up traffic for a while. Looks like at least five ships involved!

Unfortunately, none of them dropped any cargo. And no "crashed ship" alert? ;-)

Bad luck (algorithm ;-) I guess. The automatic "air traffic control" for the space stations must route some ships through that spot and once there was a collision, they just kept piling up.
