It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

Hello,

could someone tell me if the game still runs on Windows 7 or does it now require Windows 10? The store pages often display outdated requirements and I don't want to buy another game I can't play in the end.

Post from last year indicates that you may or perhaps should be able to run the game but only in offline mode:

There has been some recent discussion on Steam:

Good Luck
Thank you!

This helped a lot. Looks like I'll have to wait until I can upgrade my computer and the OS. The Steam version should run on Linux, I hope.

Thanks again!

For what it is worth - about every 3-4 months there have been 50% off sales typically lasting for about a week. Have not seen posts about these sales in this forum but they usually are mentioned on Steam in their No Man's Sky main forum. The sales dates are usually a few days offset between the Steam and GOG sales events.

You can transfer saves from one computer to another. One easy way to do this is to make a manual backup of the save file and then copy the file to correct directory on the new computer.
