I don't know if this is a bug or if I am doing something wrong or in wrong order?
I just warped to the third galaxy, Calypso. A primary quest showed there to "Visit my old friends" in the Anomaly.
In the Anomaly, Nada has a marker. When speaking to him, he says "Nada is always happy to see new eyes etc etc" and the only option I then have is Leave.
The quest though, with the Nada marker, stays active though, nothing happens?
Going to Polo does nothing, he has the 2 normal options like usual. Also visiting all other NPCs in the Anomaly does nothing to go on in this quest.

Look to other main quests or subquests, sometimes a primary quest will be dependent on them being finished.

Some quests stay active forever, just select something else in the logbook.
